1、概述
SY-120为单手操作手动油盅移印机,具有以下特点:
(1)单手实现胶头水平和垂直方向的驱动,腾出一只手装被印件。操作方便;
(2)设有垂直导槽和深度限位调节块,使落胶点准确无误;上墨刮墨用***的密闭油盅系统,即省钱又环保;
(3)工作台上下、左右、前后调节,胶头可左右、前后、平面角度调节,调校机器方便快捷。
1. Summary
SY-120 is a single manual ink cupshift printingmachine, it has following characteristics:
(1) It can realize adhesive-joints’ driving of horizontal and vertical direction by only one hand; the other hand is released to load the printing piece. It is easy to operate;
(2) It has vertical channel and depth positive-stop regulating block so that the dropping point of adhesive-joint will be accurate; Inking and ink scrape adopt advanced confined ink cup system which has economic and environmental protection effect;
(3) The working table can be adjusted from top to bottom, from left to right and from front to back. Adhesive-joints can be adjusted from left to right, from front to back before and in plane angle. It is convenient and quick to make adjustment to machine.

3.2、油盅、钢板及安装Ink cup, steel plate and installation
3.2.1、油盅的构造(见图B)The structure of ink cup(see Figure B)
(1)油盅体:用来装油墨并安装其它部件
(2)陶瓷环:用来刮墨,是关键部件,其硬度高、耐磨性好,但比较脆,需小心保护其刃口,需要时,陶瓷环可从油盅体上拔出
(3)密封圈:用于固定陶瓷环并密封油墨。如果取出陶瓷环时发现密封圈已变质(硬化、变软),请及时更换
(4)螺塞:用于加稀释剂和放气
(1)Ink cup body: It is used to hold printing ink and install other components.
(2)Ceramic ring: It is used to scratch ink; it is the key component. It has good hardness and abrasion-resistance ability; but it is relatively crisp and need carefully protecting its edge. When it is necessary, ceramic ring can be pulled out from ink cup body.
(3) Seal ring: It is used to fix ceramic ring and seal ink. If you remove ceramic ring to find seal ring is spoiled (hardening or softening), please replace it in time.
(4) Plug screw: It is used to add diluents and release gas.
(5)磁铁:用于陶瓷环吸持在印刷板上,出厂时,它已被装入到铁柱中
(6)调节旋钮:用于通过调节磁铁的高度来改变陶瓷环与印刷板间的吸力。在油盅装上印刷板或从印刷板上拿离时,调到较小的吸力可使动作更轻松,对陶瓷环和印刷板(特别是尼龙板)更安全。在能刮干净的前提下,较小吸力更能延长陶瓷环和印刷板的寿命
(7)锁紧螺母:锁紧它,可防止磁铁高度在运动中发生变化
(5) Magnet: It is used in ceramic ring for retention on printing plate. When it leaves factory, it has been packed in to steel column.
(6) Adjustment knob: It is used to change suction between printing plates and ceramic ring by adjusting the height of magnet. Install printing plate on ink cup or get off from the printing plate, transfer to a smaller suction can make the motion easier which is safer to ceramic ring and printing plate. (Especially for nylon board). Under the premise of being able to scrap it clean, smaller suction can ring extend the service life of ceramic ring and printing plate.
(7) Lock screws: Lock it to prevent the height changes happen in the movement of magnet.

3.2.2 油盅支架(见图B)
油盅支架通过其上面的四个碰帽带动油盅移动,碰帽与油盅体的间隙可通过调节螺杆调整(调完后用背帽锁紧),一般总间隙可控制在0.5mm左右。调节四个碰帽的相对位置(如前移时右侧碰帽先碰,而后移时左侧先碰),可使油盅在往返移动时本身产生自转
3.2.2 Ink cup frame (see Figure B)
Ink cup frame can drive ink cup to move through driving of four bumping caps on it. The space between bumping cap and ink cap can be regulated by adjusting screws (Use dorsalcap of kooy to lock tightly), the general gap can be controlled around 0.5 mm. Regulating the relative position of 4 bumping caps (such as when it moves forward the right bumping cap first touch while it moves backward left bumping cap fist collide),then it will enable ink cup make rotation in theshuttlecock.
3.2.3 印刷板的安装(见图C)
如果用的印刷板为厚钢板,可直接用垫板顶紧螺钉锁在油盅油盘上;如果用的是薄钢板或尼龙板,则必须先用薄钢板压板压在垫板上,(注意:一定要把两者的结合面擦干净,同时,若薄钢板边上有毛刺,要打干净,)再锁在油盅油盘上
3.2.3 The installation of printing plate (see Figure C)
If the printing plate we use is thick steel plate, it can directly use backing plate to fix screw tightly on ink cup pan; If we use a thin steel plate or nylon plate, then we must use thin steel plate as pressure plate on the backing plate (Note: We must clean the combination face of two plates, at the same time if there are burrs on thin edge of plate we must clean them), and then lock it on ink cup pan.

3.2.4油盅的安装(见图B、图C)
3.2.4 The installation of ink cup(see Figure B and Figure C)
(1)装好陶瓷环,上好螺塞,把磁铁等也旋入油盅体,但只要旋入两三圈即可
(2)把油盅翻过来,加入已稀释好的油墨,也可直接在油盅中稀释,但要用非导磁材料去搅拌
(3)把印刷板(薄钢板或尼龙板)用薄钢板压板固定在垫板上,并翻过来(图案面朝下)。如果是用厚钢板,则可省去前面的步骤,直接翻过来
1) Install ceramic ring, fix plug screw, screw magnet into ink cup but only screw into 2 to 3 laps.
(2) Turn over ink cup and add diluted ink. Also we can dilute directly in the ink cup but we must usenon magneticmaterial to stir it.
(3)Fix printing plate (thin plate steel or nylon) to backing plate by thin steel plate, and turn over (the logo side faces below). If the plate is thick, you can omit the front steps and can directly turn it over.
(4)小心地把油盅置于印刷板下方,并向上移使油盅与印刷板吸附在一起,适当地把调节旋钮拧入一些使吸力增大(如认为吸力已够大,也可不拧)
(5)拧松梅花螺钉,把油盅支架向上托起后再锁住,把油盅连同印刷板一起放入油盘中并锁好。用手推油盅至油盅支架的正下方,拧松梅花螺钉,放下油盅支架,把油盅套在中间,重新锁紧油盅支架
(6)卸下油盅的操作基本上与上述相反
(7)如果使用的是尼龙板,在装卸时必须特别注意:一是要把磁力调小,二是要把油盅直接放入尼龙板中央或从中央直接拔出,不要从尼龙板的边上推入或滑出,否则,很容易刮伤尼龙板。
(4) Carefully place ink cup under the bottom of printing plate and lift upward to make ink cup sticking with printing plate. At proper time adjust knob to screw-in further and make suction bigger (if it has enough suction we do not to screw-in).
(5) Screw loosely of the Mei flower screw nail, put ink cup frame upward and then lock, put ink cup together with printing plate and lock it properly. Hand-push ink cup to bottom part of the frame, loose Mei flower screws, put aside ink screw frame, put ink cup in the middle and re-lock ink cup frame.
(6) The operation of unloading ink cup is basically the opposite of above descriptions.
(7) If you use nylon panel, you must pay special attention to the loading and unloading: One is to transfer magnetic force into small one; second is to put ink cup directly from center or pulled-out from the center; do not slide off from the board of nylon. Otherwise it is easily to scratch nylon panels.

通过上滑块和下滑块的燕尾槽,可调胶头之前后和左右位置,松开转动锁紧螺钉,可把胶头固定块向下取出进行胶头安装.
Through the dovetail slot of upper slider and inferior slider, we can adjust the front, back ,left and right location of adhesive-joint , release the rotation of locking screw, take off fixed pieces of adhesive-joint and make installation of adhesive-joint.
4操作步骤Operation steps
4.1按3.2.4的方法装好油盅、钢板、油墨
4.2用手握手柄(12)前后水平移动油盅数次,检查刮墨情况,如出现漏油现象,请检查
(1) 油盅是否装好
(2) 油盅是否有缺口(破损)
(3) 钢板是否安装平整
(4) 薄钢板与垫板之间是否有脏东西垫着
(5) 油墨是否不对,或油墨太少、太稠、太稀
(6) 钢板是否不平或有被刮、拉伤
查出原因并解决之
4.1 Install ink cup, steel plate and ink according to 3.2.4.
4.2 Grip handle (12) and move ink cup to front and back several times to check the situation of scraping ink. If there is oil leakage phenomenon, please check carefully.
(1) Whether the ink cup is installed properly.
(2) Whether there are gaps in ink cup (breakage).
(3) Whether the steel plate is installed flatly and tightly.
(4) Whether there are dirty things between thin steel plate and backing board.
(5) Whether the ink is wrong, or the ink is too little, too thick or too thin.
(6) Whether the steel plate is uneven, scraped or injured.
Identify the reasons and solve them.
4.3 手柄(12)推向后并下压试沾墨,根据胶头着墨情况调胶头的左右、前后位置(通过13、14、15)和下压深度(通过9)
4.4 装被印工件和夹具于工作台上
4.5 胶头在钢板上取墨后拉向前,到位时下压被印件试印,根据试印结果,调节工作台的上下、左右位置和胶头下压深度,必要时,可能需调整夹具的安装位置
4.3 Put handle (12) backward and press to touch ink; adjust left, right, front and back location of adhesive-joints (through 13, 14, 15) and depth (9).
4.4 Put work piece and fixture on the working platform.
4.5 When adhesive-joint is dragged forward on the steel plate from, after it gets to location the piece is printed. According to test results make adjustment on front, back, left and right location of working platform and the depth. When it is necessary we need to make adjustments on the fixture’s installation location.
5 胶头、印刷板与油墨Adhesive-joints, printing plate and ink
5.1 胶头Adhesive-joints
制造胶头的主要原料为硅胶,由于胶头的品质(如弹性、软硬程度、移墨效果、表面光洁度等)直接影响移印效果,所以胶头的质量以及选择和保养是至关紧要的
一般来说,比较精细的图案可选用稍硬的胶头,在比较凹凸不平的表面上印刷要选用较软的胶头。胶头大小的选择是以图案面积来决定的,最理想的当然是选择恰好足够印刷整个图案的胶头。如果被印件表面较特殊,那么胶头的形状还需与被印件的形状相适应
胶头的表面组织非常敏感,光泽度也较高,擦拭或装卸时要特别小心,不能用对胶头有侵蚀作用的溶剂或清洁剂擦拭,也不得与利器锐物碰刮。如果胶头上有灰尘或油墨,可用柔软的布或纸沾天那水(香蕉水)抹净
The main raw material of manufacturing is silicone, since the quality of adhesive-joint (such as flexibility, softness and hardness degree, the effect of shifting ink, the surface finish, etc.) can directly affect the printing effects. So the quality of adhesive-joint and maintenance are crucial.
Generally speaking we select relatively hard adhesive-joint to make sophisticated patterns; print in relatively rugged surface we need choose soft adhesive-joint. The size of adhesive-joint depends on the area of patterns. The best choice is to choose the adhesive-joint which covers the whole pattern. If the printing surface is special, then the shape of adhesive-joint needs to fit the shape of printing piece.
The surface organization of adhesive-joint is very sensitive; it has higher glossy degree. When we polish or unload we shall take extra precautions, we can not use regent or cleaning solvents which have erosion effect to clean adhesive-joint, and it is not allowed to touch it with sharp stuffs. If there is dust or ink on adhesive-joint, we shall use soft cloth orbanana liquidto clean it.
印刷板
移印机所使用的印刷板(凹版)一般为钢板的。本机可使10mm的厚钢板和0.3~1.0mm的薄钢板,也可使用尼龙板
每次使用完毕,钢板要擦洗干净并采取防锈措施(如浸在防锈油中或喷防锈剂),以防生锈。下次使用时,要用天那水等钢板擦拭干净
Printing plate
The printing plate used by shift printing (gravure) is normally steel plate. The machine can use 10 mm thick steel and 0.3 ~ 1.0 mm thin steel plate. It can also use nylon plate.
After your usage you need to clean the steel plate and take rust-proof measures (such as Baptist in the rust-proof oil or spray anti-rust agent) in order to prevent rust. When you use it next time, you shall use toluene to wipe clean the plate.
5.2 油墨和稀释剂
油墨和稀释剂要根据被印件的材质(如PVC、PP、金属、皮革等)和对印刷图案的要求(如色彩、光泽度等)来选择
5.3 Ink and diluter
Ink and diluter shall base on different materials of the printing piece (such as PVC, PP, metal, leather, etc.) and design requirements (such as color, luster, etc.) to make choice.
移印过程中,油墨薄膜先是在钢板蚀刻处被胶头吸起之后又自胶头中释出转移到被印件上,因此,对油墨溶剂的挥发速度是有较高要求的,这就需要选择合适的稀释剂,如溶剂挥发太快,将使油墨很快地在钢板或胶头上风干,而使胶头无法将油墨从钢板上全部吸起或油墨无法从胶头上全部释出转移到被印件上;如溶剂挥发太慢,则会使油墨在印刷品上挥发缓慢,容易造成相互粘墨
During shift printing process, the ink film first being lifted from plate etching part and then transferred to printing piece from adhesive-joints. Therefore it has a higher requirement onvolatilizationspeed of oil solvent, and this requires choosing suitable diluents. If solvent has quickvolatilizationspeed, ink will air dry on steel plate or adhesive-joint. But adhesive-joint can not move ink totally from the plate or it can not be released from the adhesive-joint to the printing piece; if the solvent has slowvolatilizationspeed, it will bring a slowvolatilizationon the printing piece and easily get viscous ink.
由于印刷过程中油墨被两次沾起转移,所以油墨的粘度必须合适,而油墨的粘度是由加入的油墨稀释剂的多少来调节的。如加入的稀释剂太多,油墨太稀将会导致
(1) 由于油墨不透明度降低而使印刷色彩变淡
(2) 图案产生毛边
(3) 油盅可能漏油
如加入溶剂太少,使油墨粘度太高,则将使油盅刮墨产生困难,移印无法进行。虽然油盅是密闭的,与开放式系统比,溶剂挥发大大减少了,但在印刷过程中还是要检查油墨的粘度,并适时地加入适量的稀释剂并搅拌均匀埋
